The scale of The Amaris Residence includes 2 towers of apartments and offices, ranging from 28 to 36 floors. The project is developed by Quoc Loc Phat Company and managed by SonKim Land. The OpusK Residence is part of the overall The Metropole Thu Thiem project, benefiting from all the advantages of connectivity as well as infrastructure and transportation. The location of The OpusK Residence is at plot 1.14 of Zone 1, the new Thu Thiem Urban Area, adjacent to the foot of Thu Thiem 2 bridge and the central square of District 2. This is also the only sub-area with a direct view facing District 1.
