Happy Homes are introduced as independent urban projects, separate from Vinhomes' commercial housing projects or residential land areas within its large-scale developments. NOXH Happy Homes will have a scale of 40-60 hectares or more and will be implemented in suburban areas of major cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, and other rapidly developing provinces and cities in need of affordable housing for low-income workers.
